To preserve the pristine look of your Logmey ceramic basin, avoid using harsh abrasive scrubbers or acidic chemical cleaners; a soft sponge or cloth with warm soapy water is all you need. For a perfectly stable and seamless layout, we always recommend verifying your countertop dimensions and clear spacing prior to cutting.
*Please Note: Faucets, supply lines, shut-off valves, and pop-up drain assemblies are not included in the package and must be purchased separately to fit your preferred hardware finish. Actual dimensions may slightly vary up to 1/4" due to the organic ceramic handmade casting process.
Returns Policy
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees in general cases. We will cover all return shipping expenses only if returns are caused by product defects, wrong items or other issues on our side.
